Four Industrial/Warehouse Units Complete at popular Blenheim Park Industrial Estate
Stephen George + Partners LLP (SGP) is delighted to announce the completion and hand over of four new industrial/warehouse units at the popular Blenheim Park Industrial Estate in Nottingham.
SGP worked closely with developer Wilson Bowden Developments to design the four speculative units of 43,000 sqft, 24,140 sqft, 18,090 sqft and 81,100 sqft, with access, parking and servicing area, together with landscaping and all associated earthworks and retaining structures.
Explains Chris Webster, Studio Director at SGP: “This project continues our strong relationship with Wilson Bowden Developments and we are delighted that the four units at Blenheim Park form part of Wilson Bowden’s sale of 10 warehouses to Urban Logistics REIT. We designed units as shell and core so tenants can develop their own fit out and their positive reception is a testament to our ability to design adaptable speculative units as well as bespoke facilities for individual tenants. We are pleased that a number of units are now tenanted”.
The buildings have achieved BREEAM rating of “Very Good” and an EPC Certificate rating of ‘A’.
Blenheim Park is a well-established and successful warehouse and logistics development that sits on an approximately 30-acre site near to junction 26 of the M1. It is an ideal site for speculative units, with existing occupiers including Great Bear, Hunts Foods, Bunzl, Morrells and DPD.
