Framework win for SGP’s healthcare team

SGP’s healthcare team is celebrating winning a place in Lot 2 – Architects (small/medium, schemes less than £2m project value) of QTS’s 4-year ‘Find a Tender Service Consultancy Framework’. QTS is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and is responsible for delivering the Trust’s annual programme of capital projects, with an average annual value of up to £15m.

QTS was specifically looking for practices that could demonstrate their understanding and experience of designing for mental health and community health patients and facilities. QTS envisage undertaking approximately 20 new build and refurbishment schemes with a value less than £2m over the 4-year term of Framework, as part of their commitment to ensuring that patients and service users are cared for in a safe, therapeutic and comfortable environment.
