SGP consolidates West Midlands offer with new Partner

Stephen George + Partners LLP (SGP) is delighted to announce that Richard Smyth has been promoted to Partner, effective from 1^st January 2021. Richard has been Studio Director at the AJ100 practice’s Solihull office since 2014 and will continue to focus on long-standing clients as well as developing SGP’s West Midlands offer.

Says Richard: “I am delighted to become a Partner at SGP. My primary focus will continue to be on maintaining a long-standing client relationship. I am looking forward to developing our staff and leading growth for SGP across the West Midlands. I have been – and will continue to be – a champion for challenging our design ambitions as well as expanding the design processes used to deliver high standards.”

In 2014, Richard returned to SGP following 10 years project leading multi-disciplinary design teams on developments specialising in complex industrial facility design, manufacturing and infrastructure.
