Joseph Silva promoted to Principal Architect

Stephen George + Partners (SGP) is delighted to announce that Joseph Silva has been promoted from Architect to Principal Architect.

Joseph joined the practice in 2020 as an Architectural Assistant and qualified as an Architect in 2021. A member of SGP’s Logistics team, Joseph has extensive experience in the design and delivery of high-quality commercial masterplans at all RIBA stages and has recently delivered a scheme of 14 warehouse and light industrial units at Christmas Hill Business Park in Oxfordshire.

Since joining SGP, Joseph has also been a key driver in the development of the practice’s work in the Leisure and Hospitality sector. His experience designing hotels in Asia, and an understanding of client and occupier requirements, ideally positions him to design successful schemes for the burgeoning UK hospitality market.

Joseph also leads the SGP Mentoring group, focused on strengthening the knowledge of Architectural Assistants and technicians, with a particular emphasis on helping with qualification and chartership.
