In conjunction with the Trusts estates team and the framework contractor the team worked to a tight deadline of 12 weeks (over the Christmas period) to meet the requirements of the Trust.

The works involved a full refurbishment ensuring compliance with current guidelines (where applicable) including new mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
