Mix Awards 24: Project of the Year – Workplace £5-£15k Shortlisted
SGP was brought in by fit-out specialist Overbury to deliver the Stage 3 design, working closely with the client and their design team.
The 11,000 sqft office delivers space for two functionally separate business units, focusing on staff welfare and sustainability and delivering a quality of finish and amenities. The reception, with a terrarium, acts as the focal point for the space, with undulating corridors giving access to open plan spaces with 100+ desks, a boardroom and meeting rooms, welfare facilities including a gym and games room, plus practical business support areas.
