The scheme includes a number of unique opportunities with 3 listed structures on site which need to be sensitively integrated into the final proposals.

There’s a significant level changes on site which requires detailed coordination with Aecom’s Engineering and Transport teams.

Phase 3 of the development was completed Autumn 2023 with the new bus concourse becoming operational and half of the bus stands. Phase 4 and the remain stands completed in April 2024.
