Popeyes Teal Park, Nottingham (3)

The building design features white brick slips, dark timber effect aluminium cladding, and Microrib cladding, with full-height glazing at the entrance and restaurant area, meeting Popeyes’ brand requirements and functional needs.

The Popeyes site spans 1.3 acres and is located on a corner plot by the Colwick ring road, close to residential areas, retail, and employment units.

Teal Park, a joint development by AC Lloyd Commercial and Henry Davidson Developments, has successfully attracted tenants like ALDI and Storage Giant, with Popeyes opening on 14th October 2024.

“We worked closely with Popeyes’ architects to deliver a distinctive base build that meets their brand requirements as well as the stringent needs of a busy restaurant and drive-thru’. The basic rectilinear form uses white brick slips, enlivened by dark timber effect aluminium cladding, and Microrib cladding of a contrasting mid grey to enclose the service areas of the building. Full height glazing to the main entrance and restaurant area greets the customers and varied parapet heights create an eye-catching roof scape, delivering on Popeyes requirement for a high-quality built environment.”
