Chad Barrett

Chad works in the Residential and Logistics sectors on projects from RIBA Stages 3 onwards. His key responsibilities include Technical Design, Building Information Modelling, Materials and Building Systems, Regulation Compliance, Construction Documentation, Coordination, Project Management and Sustainability Integration.

Chad believes Architectural Technologists bridge the gap between design concepts and practical construction, contributing significantly to the project’s successful execution. Their technical expertise and attention to detail are essential for creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing built environments. Passionate about how a good quality of life contributes to the overall well-being of individuals, Chad is part of SGP’s Community and Social Group.

Proud of achieving his First Class Honours Degree, Chad is now aiming for his Architectural Technologist Chartership.
