Helen Adair

Helen works closely with clients, consultants and contractors on the design and delivery of buildings – from initial design to handover on site and everything in between. She is a Principal Designer (CDM) and currently works in the Industrial and Logistics sector, with previous experience in Education and Residential. She is particularly knowledgeable about modular buildings.

Passionate about sustainable and biophilic design, in particular architecture that connects to the natural environment, Helen is also fascinated by Scandinavian design, finding the architecture, use of materials and people-first approach inspiring. She is supporting the development of the SGP’s Sustainable Design Guide and is in the Buildings Group (part of Social Responsibility Matrix Group).

Helen enjoys drawing and pottery, as well as singing with a choir. Having run a couple of half marathons, she likes walking and cycling, especially if there’s a café along the route!
