Joseph Higginbotham

Joseph’s current role is supporting the logistics team with drawing and documentation preparation, as well as shadowing project leads and assisting in the delivery of projects.

Although new to the industrial sector, Joseph brings a wealth of climate literacy and experience calculating embodied carbon on projects and is keen to leverage the scale of the sector to achieve large scale impact. He hopes to continue his professional journey, gain his Part 3 exemption, and become a qualified architect.

Joseph has joined the Sustainable Buildings and Net Zero Groups. He is passionate about sustainability and, having gained an awareness of the effect the built environment has on people and the natural world, feels both the privilege and responsibility of working in a profession that can shape the world around us.

Joseph enjoys hiking, connecting with nature and being outdoors. He has played American football for various clubs and universities and has taken up cycling – it’s easier on the body!
