Katlin Kugiyska

Working in Industrial / Logistics sectors, and on large masterplans, Katlin draws packages of work across different stages – planning, tender and construction. She works on Revit models, feasibility studies, coordinates and manages information, including from sub-contractors, and undertakes design and technical reviews. Katlin passed her Part 3 Qualification in October 2023 and has been a Fully Qualified Architect since November 2023.

Katlin is fascinated by Nordic design, particularly its efficiency, sustainability and forward-thinking attitude, as well as its adaptability to cold climates. A design specialism from Oxford Brookes University created a strong foundation for Katlin’s passion for creative re-use and regeneration and circular design solutions. She is part of the Design Matrix Group and co-hosts the Sustainability Chair & Share at SGP.

Katlin enjoys travel and an active lifestyle, including gym, swimming and snowboarding, along with painting / sketching and art gallery visits.
