Kiran Parmar

A skilful architectural technician and Revit expert, Kiran leads on the production of construction drawings, as well as liaising with clients, main contractors and consultants across the Healthcare, Extra Care, Retirement Living, High-Rise Residential and Mixed-Use Residential sectors.

With a proven track record of design and delivery of high-quality and complex site developments, Kiran is a proactive design team member and plays a key role in understanding and resolving design issues and site queries, with an especial ability to integrate complex structural and MEP design requirements into a cost-effective and unified solution.

Kiran is involved with the Model Managers Matrix Group, and also reviews technical drawing packages and design reviews on upcoming projects. His favourite project is All Saints View, Houghton Regis, a very complex retirement living scheme with a varying material palette and intricate interface details.
