Rasto leads the delivery team for Prologis projects, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and support the team as well as cultivating relationships with clients and fostering collaboration. While currently focused on Industrial & Logistics projects, Rasto also has experience in residential, education, healthcare with a specialist focus on designing for efficiency, developing innovative design workflows, and automation.

Rasto provides mentorship and support to staff to advance their professional growth and is proud of fostering effective communication, collaboration, and a proactive atmosphere within the team. He finds the successful management of challenging projects the most rewarding part of his job, including schemes such as Royal Mail and London DP World.

Involved with the Delivery Matrix and Futures Matrix Groups, Rasto seeks to establish supportive processes and streamlined workflows to contribute to operational excellence improve project delivery. He aspires to develop an efficient design workflow pipeline from Revit to Unreal Engine to enhance client engagement.
