Richard Grimley

Richard provides construction drawing packages including details and technical information for the delivery of Residential developments, co-ordinating the information flow to meet the clients’ timeframes and expectations. General Workload includes liaising with clients, checking sub-contractor drawings, producing and updating construction drawings relevant to the project (both site and plot specific) and bespoke details as required.

Richard is an active member of SGP’s Residential Delivery Matrix Group, and has previous experience in the office, industrial and warehousing sectors. Richard also assists the practice with the provision of AutoCAD support and is keen to develop efficiencies for repetitive tasks.

Richard is passionate about designing and developing compliant, practical, and efficient solutions for the built environment – not just a detail that meets Building Regulations requirements but one that is easy to construct and cost effective.
