The site was previously a derelict public house adjoining a Grade II listed building and sited in a Conservation Area.
All the homes were individually detailed to create their own character while sitting as a coherent whole within the village.
All buildings are timber frame construction with brick outer leaf. This method of construction enables the buildings to achieve high levels of air tightness and insulation
